At Huxley & Rose (commercially operated under FF COMMERCE LTD), we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Under UK law, you have a statutory 14-day right to cancel and return your order. To provide extra peace of mind, we voluntarily extend this return window to a total of 30 days.

Statutory Right to Cancel (14 Days): Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations and Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason, and a further 14 days to return the items to us.

Extended Return Policy (30 Days): In addition to your statutory rights, Huxley & Rose voluntarily offers an extended return period of up to 30 days from delivery for unused items in their original packaging with tags attached. Your statutory rights remain completely unaffected.

3. Prior Authorization & Return Process

Important Notice: Please do not send returns directly to our administrative office in London or any address without prior authorization. All returns must be registered via customer support to receive specific return instructions and a return authorization number.

1. Request Approval: Email us at info@huxleyrose.com with your order number and item details.
2. Receive Instructions: Once approved, we will provide the correct UK return forwarding address and return authorization instructions.
3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot issue refunds for items lost in transit without delivery verification.

4. Refund Timeline

Once your return is delivered to our authorized UK forwarding warehouse and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow an additional 3–10 business days for your banking institution to complete the transaction processing.
